Kenny Herbert, Rab Howat and David Paton have just finished recording a brand new album, full of melodic and heartfelt personal songs. The name of  The Apple Beggars was inspired by our great love of all things “Beatles” and part of Rab’s song ’Robbin the Beggar’. Working from our beautiful home town of Edinburgh combined with our understanding and appreciation of each others individual talents, the time spent writing, recording and performing these songs was for us, what some of life is really all about …… happiness, friendship and a sense of achieving something good together.
